What will a Company Health Check Cover?

A Company Health Check will allow us to advise you on best practice, recommend changes that could improve your way of working and address any inefficiencies or problem areas the business may have.

Our recommended approach is for you to discuss your requirements with us, so that we can tailor the activities to meet your needs. Our Health Checks can either focus on key business areas or we can undertake a general overview of your processes.

An experienced consultant will visit you on site, typically for a day, to meet with key members of the business to identify improvements which will help you to get the most from your system and processes.

We will sit down with you and understand how, on a day to day basis, you use your system. We will discuss the processes you follow to gain a full insight into a typical business day.

Following our visit, a detailed report of findings and recommendations will be provided. This will typically include:

  • Recommended implementation of additional standard features
  • Recommended changes to configuration and setup
  • Working practice/business process improvements
  • Recommended system modifications
  • Upgrades and Additional Module proposal
  • Recommended areas for additional training
